River Run Country Club

The majority of the time, I would say I love living in Charlotte. The summers are too hot for me, but the trade off is that I can play a wedding outdoors in October and not freeze my fingers off!

This beautiful October wedding at the River Run Country Club had the best weather you could ask for, set by a picturesque lake. The golfers, thankfully, stopped playing through (one of the holes was right next to the lake) by the time the ceremony started.

I was so grateful I had my deck boarding (thanks, IKEA!) because the ground was a little squishy from the rain this past week.

Vivian was absolutely stunning and the adorable matching flower girls were my favorite!

Often at weddings, I end up chatting and making friends with the DJs, planners, and photographers. I met Ray @eyeofray, one of the photographers, and he kindly offered to take an awesome video of me playing after the ceremony was done. He use the app Moment ($5) and his iPhone and I have to say its some of the best quality I've seen!
